Kylie O’Reilly

Chief Executive Officer

Kylie has a proven management track record with more than 20 years’ experience in guiding technology and media companies through rapid and continuous growth.

Previously the Managing Director of AAP’s Agency Enterprise businesses for 11 years, she has served as Chairperson of All Together Now, is on the Advisory Working Committee for Squash Australia and a Telstra Women in Business Awards judge. She holds an MBA from UTS Business School and is a graduate of AICD.

Rochelle Lewis

Chief Financial Officer

Rochelle has 18 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, including a previous position in a technology company. Her impressive CV also includes Ellerston Capital, Credit Suisse and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Rochelle is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Jason Faulkner

Chief Technology Officer

Jason has over 20 years’ experience leading the architecture and delivery of complex cloud and mobile solutions that supported millions of users. He has experience in emerging markets and a proven track record of managing technology companies in multiple markets across both enterprise and international venture funded start-ups.

Mark McIntyre

Head of Engineering

Mark has a successful track record spanning over twenty years of transforming business requirements into commercial grade technology solutions. A senior member of ACS, the professional association representing Australia’s ICT sector, Mark has multiple AWS certifications including architecture, operations and professional devops.

Mark has designed, managed and delivered key innovation projects for Geo and is now responsible for the engineering team. He brings a wealth of team management and international project experience.

Peter Hancox

Head of Architecture

Peter has spent over twenty years working in Information Technology, specialising in architecture, infrastructure, software development, and project management. Prior to joining Geo he worked across several industries including retail banking, defence and logistics. He holds certifications in enterprise architecture and AWS solutions architecture.

Peter is responsible for the development of resilient and scalable solutions across all of Geo’s products.

Lucy Brown

Head of Marketing

Lucy has over 20 years’ experience in both corporate and marketing agency roles. Having worked across a variety of businesses and brands from blue chip corporates to FMCG and NFP organisations she understands the marketing challenges faced by a variety of sectors.

She brings with her a passion for creating strong brands and marketing solutions that deliver positive business outcomes and customer engagement.

Andrew Bathurst

Customer Service Manager

Andrew has been involved in customer service and management for over 10 years. Having worked in manufacturing, FMCG and telecommunications companies across the world, he has an excellent understanding of service levels across many industries.

He brings best practice expertise as well as the knowledge and skills to create an extraordinary customer experience.

Kelly Liebenberg

Business Development Manager | Channel

Kelly is an experienced sales professional who focuses on providing the best solutions for her customers.

She prides herself on forming strong relationships, ensuring her clients have the right technological infrastructure for their business, helping them to improve operational ROI and retain competitive advantage in their respective markets.

Kelly has the ability to relate to any individual on any level and works well with all stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Eduardo Rodrigues

Eduardo is an important part of Geo’s Business Development team looking after Geo’s client and partner relationships across a diverse range of businesses. Having previously worked for ANZ’s largest field service management conference, he has a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the challenges faced by businesses managing a mobile workforce.

Eduardo helps our clients save time and maximise their profits by showing them how Geo’s cloud based solution can streamline their business processes.

Priscila Rigolin

Partner Support

Priscila has 10 years’ experience in technology companies having worked in Fortune 500 software companies executing large enterprise and start-up projects. She has a reputation for reliable, focused, strategic and innovative delivery.

She has been responsible for successfully setting up and managing valuable partnerships and is known for developing deep relationships, while helping to drive company growth. She has a proven ability to drive strategy and direction, mobilise stakeholders and drive outstanding bottom-line results.

Priscila brings a passion for people and technology and thrives on helping organisations to get the best results through streamlined processes, greater productivity and customer success.

Harshila Ben

Financial Controller

Harshila has spent over 16 years working in the finance space, with more than 10 years of chartered accounting experience.

She brings a wealth of management expertise based on her previous tenures within service and travel industry businesses.

Her expertise gives Geo a strong financial base from which to continue our growth.

Roger Sharp

Non-Executive Chairman

For more than 30 years Roger has invested in, financed and run growth companies across several continents. Roger’s technology investment firm North Ridge Partners has invested and participated in or led numerous technology turnarounds, including Software of Excellence, Tru-Test Corporation, travel.com.au, Asia Pacific Digital and Geo. Roger is currently Chairman of Webjet and North Ridge Partners. Prior to this he was Global Head of Technology for ABN AMRO Bank in London and CEO of ABN AMRO Asia in Hong Kong. Roger lives in Queenstown.

Rod Snodgrass

Independent Non-Executive Director

Rod Snodgrass has extensive experience in strategy, innovation, digital growth and disruption. He is currently the Chief Customer Officer of Vector and prior to that was a member of the Spark leadership team for 10 years, holding senior positions including CEO of Spark Ventures, Chief Product Officer and Chief Strategy Officer.

He is a Director of Metlifecare, JUCY Group, SMX and Genoapay. He is also a founder of strategy consultancy The Exponential Agency, is a Trustee of Springboard Trust, also an Ice Angel, active start-up investor and is an active technology mentor. Mr Snodgrass, who lives in Auckland, holds a BCA from Victoria University, an Executive Management Diploma from Darden Business School, and is a Chartered Accountant and Member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.

Mark Rushworth

Independent Non-Executive Director

Mr. Rushworth is currently Chairman of fintech start-up Genoapay, and a Director of Enable Networks and NZX-listed Freightways. An electrical engineer by training, he has previously served as Chief Marketing Officer of Vodafone New Zealand and Chief Executive of Paymark, Pacific Fibre and internet provider ihug. Based in Auckland, he brings a strong mix of governance, marketing and technology experience.
