How can I get in touch?

Our customer service team is available by phone from ‘sunrise to sunset’ in Australia and New Zealand at varying times, depending on your location. We also have local numbers for our global customers in the US, UK and South Africa. You can find our list of region phone numbers on the Geo contact page here. And best of all, you won’t be left on hold.

- Live chat
Both the Geo website and the Geo software have live chat in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Just click on the blue speech icon and start typing away.
