Here’s a quick update on the latest enhancements we’ve made to further improve the GeoOp user experience and in response to some of the questions we’ve recently received our top tips to ensure you continue to get the most out of GeoOp.
Here are two new changes that we’ve made to GeoOp to further improve the user experience:
- Job Lists: We’ve improved GeoOp’s desktop performance so that Job Lists load more quickly on the Job List screen. This has increased GeoOp’s efficiency, saving you even more time in your day.
- GeoOp Android: Following your feedback on the current Schedule screen, we’ve swapped the order of the Past and Current tabs so that you’ll now see current jobs as the default view. This means that your team can focus on their current jobs, while still being able to refer to past ones if they need to.
We’ve put together a couple of our top tips to help make your experience of GeoOp as smooth as possible:
- Internet browser: When using GeoOp, it’s best to choose Google Chrome as your Internet browser, as GeoOp has been enhanced for you to have a better experience by using the Chrome browser. If you don’t use Chrome then GeoOp functionality will be be a different experience.
- Caching: Can’t see all your statuses in a job card, or something isn’t where it should be? One solution is to give your computer cache a quick refresh. On Google Chrome, this can be done by going to Settings > History > History > Clear Browsing Data > Advanced and selecting ‘Clear Cached Images and Files’.
