How does Geo compare to other job management software?

How does the free trial work?

Simply sign up and you’ll have full access for 30 days, FREE. This means you can set up jobs, assign team members and schedule jobs  – there’s no limitations in the trial, you get full access to the product and to our customer service team.

Is there a set-up fee?

No set-up or other hidden fees.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

You don’t need to enter your credit card details to start your 30 day free trial but at the end of the trial if you decide to sign up you’ll need to enter your credit card details into the subscriptions section to get set up.

Do I need to select a plan to sign up?

Simply select the number of licences you need to cover your team (this should include the number of people in the office and offsite). Our prices are based on the number of people in the team using Geo, there’s no limit to features or the number of jobs etc, everything’s included (see our pricing table above).

Am I locked in to a plan once I’ve signed up?

You can choose to pay your subscription either monthly or annually. You can choose to cancel anytime, however, any payment made in advance is non-refundable.

How do I increase or decrease the number of user licences I have if my staff numbers change?

It’s easy – from your Subscriptions Page (under Settings) you simply select a new Licence Plan, for the number of people you need. Your next monthly payment will reflect your new plan price. If you have upgraded your plan you will also be charged a catch-up payment for the time until your next monthly payment is due.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel immediately, at any time. Simply contact our customer support team on 1300 4643 667 and they will send you a cancellation form.

Please note no refunds are made for any upfront payments.

What training and support are on offer?

FREE onboarding and training are available for all Geo customers (for the team in the office and off-site) and we’ll also check in regularly once you’ve completed your training to see how you’re going.

How do I manage the change to a new system in my business?

Our training and onboarding are tailored for each customer, so the first step is getting to know you and your business so that we can hold your hand every step of the way. We know change can be scary and are here to help make it smooth and pain free!
