How does the free trial work?

When you sign-up for Geo’s 30-day trial you’ll gain access to ALL its features free of charge. This means you can set up jobs, create invoices and schedule jobs, as well as access our product tour and training tools. There are no limits to what you get in the trial versus what we offer our paying customers. You’ll have complete access to Geo and our customer service team.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No, we don’t ask for any payment details when you sign up for a 30-day trial. Once the 30 days are up we’ll give you the option to enter payment details and get you properly signed up on Geo. If you no longer wish to use Geo after your trial has finished you simply sign out of your account (or just stop using it altogether).

Do I need to choose a plan to sign up?

There are no plans on Geo. We simply charge you for the number of people on your team that use the product and let you choose whether you’d like to pay monthly or annually. There’s no limit to the features you’ll receive based on what you pay for Geo.

Can I change the number of licences at a later date?

Yes, you can! Simply go to your Subscriptions Page (under Settings) and adjust the number of services you need. Your next monthly payment will reflect your new fee. You may also be charged a catch-up payment for the time between the adjustment and your next monthly payment.

What do the training and onboarding involve?

Every customer is assigned their own Geo trainer to assist you and your team with training and onboarding. Every customer’s training differs slightly as our Geo trainers cater the process around each business and it’s specific needs.

We listen to you and your team and how you want to use Geo. Whether it’s one-on-one video chats, phone calls or online resources, our team are equipped to help you learn and get the most out of Geo. And this goes beyond just learning how to use the product, our trainers will also be there to help with any change management in getting your team used to using an online management tool.

Best of all, we will never leave you in the lurch. Your Geo trainer will stay in touch with you and have regular check-ins every few weeks to see how you’re going. Plus our customer support is open 24/7 whenever you need it.

How do I properly manage the change from paper to Geo?

We know change can be scary and are here to help make it smooth and pain-free! Our training and onboarding programs are uniquely tailored for each customer, meaning we take the time to get to know you and your business. That way we can hold your hand every step of the way and ensure that you get the most out of Geo.

Can I cancel anytime and how do I cancel?

Yes, you can cancel immediately, at any time. Simply contact our customer support team on 1300 4643 667 to receive your cancellation form.
Just keep in mind that there are no refunds for any upfront payments.
